Get Involved

By Matthew Leahy

Would you be interested in an opportunity to discover your passion and strengths? Would you want to be apart of opportunities that will let you meet new people? Check out the student involvement opportunities at our campus, via the Student Life portal in Campus Connect or Blackboard, or by stopping by the Student Life Office! You can join a club, start a club, and even participate in service learning or leadership development opportunities.

Become involved at Ivy Tech - I did. As the Director of Publicity and Outreach for our Student Government I was asked to speak to some of Ivy Tech’s State Trustees and Chancellors at a luncheon last semester, I’ve participated in many Leadership Development functions, and I’ve gained a great resume builder that can take me as far as I want to go.

How to get involved:

  • Contact the Office of Student Life
  • Browse our list of student clubs and organizations on Ivy Life
  • Attend a CAB event
  • Attend a School held event or meeting
  • Participate in leadership development opportunities
  • Form a club
  • Write for Ivy Voice
  • Participate in service-learning opportunities
